A total of 22 artworks are included in this year's An Artistic Discovery exhibition.
High school students from Algoma High School, Crivitz High School, Gibralter Area Schools, and Preble High School have artworks in the exhibition. Media includes oil paintings, digital imagery, acrylic painting, Plexiglas etching, and drawing.
This exhibition, sponsored by Wisconsin's Eighth District Representative Steve Kagen, is an annual event. Each year, every congressional district in the United States is invited to sponsor an exhibition of artworks done by high school students in the district.
Their will be four award winners announced during a reception at the Museum from 1 to 2:30 PM on Saturday, May 10. The first place winner will have his or her artwork displayed in Cannon Hall of the United States Capitol (Washington, D.C.) for one year; the first runner-up will have his or her work displayed in Rep. Kagen's Washington, D.C. office; and the second and third runners-up will have their artwork displayed in the Representative's Green Bay or Appleton office, respectively. The first place winner will also receive an Artistic Honors Scholarship from Savannah College of Art and Design, and two plane tickets to Washington, D.C. for a dedication ceremony honoring all the winners from across the country.
The judges at the Neville Public Museum will be Timothy Riley, Director of the Appleton Art Center; Judy Pubanz, an artist from the Shawano area; and Marilyn Stasiak, Curator of Art at the Neville Public Museum.

- Honorable Mention: Quiet Solitude, photography by Justin Belleau, Algoma High School
- Honorable Mention: Rainbow in My Tree, digital imagery by Jordan DeKeyser, Algoma High School
