Neville Public Museum
The entire Museum and/or Grounds may be rented for special events and requires approval by the Museum Director (fees to be determined at that time, depending on needs). Room usage fees are billed monthly or can be paid in advance.

Meeting Rooms 121, 122, 123
One Room: $40.00 half-day/evening $80.00 full day
Two Rooms (combined): $70.00 half-day/evening $140.00 full day
Three Rooms (combined): $100.00 half-day/evening $200.00 full day
Meeting rooms can be used as one large room or divided into two or three separate areas. Room capacity will vary depending on desired room setup (view room setup form34 KB PDF). Each room will seat about 65 people classroom style. A combination of two spaces will accommodate about 130 seated people, and the entire space (all three rooms combined) will seat about 195 people. When people are seated at tables, the room capacity is diminished by about 50%. Each room is equipped with a sink and projection screen. Internet and telephone access is available in Meeting Rooms 121 and 122. Wireless internet is available in all three meeting rooms. Food and beverages may be consumed in these rooms and must be restricted to them.
Neville Theater
The Neville Theater will seat 132 people (up to six wheelchairs may be accommodated at one time in the rear and additional seating or standing in the aisles is prohibited by fire department regulations). The Theater features a stage (32’ deep by 22’ wide), a large projection screen (10’ high by 22‘ wide), a projection booth, and a controlled lighting system. A Mason and Hamlin 7’ grand piano is available for recitals and performances. Data/computer/internet capability is available by the stage and in the projection booth. Wireless internet is also available in the Neville Theater. Eating and drinking is not permitted in this room.
Cost for use of the Neville Theater is $75 half day or evening or $125 full day.
Frankenthal Gallery
Overlooking the Fox River and downtown Green Bay, the Frankenthal Gallery is available for receptions and events featuring food and drink. Use of this space requires the Museum Director’s permission.
Cost for use of this space is $200 half day or evening (additional fees may apply).
Board Room
A board room featuring a large conference table surrounded by fourteen upholstered chairs is available for meetings and events. There is a separate coffee table surrounded by four additional upholstered chairs. The room contains a small kitchenette: sink, counter-top and small refrigerator. There is room for an additional table or two to be set up if more space is needed for food and/or beverages. The room provides three internet hook-ups, along with one phone and a hook-up for an additional phone. Wireless internet is also available in the Board Room. The Board Room is located on third floor and requires key access (provided by Museum Security). The room has a grand view of the Fox River, Nitschke Bridge, and Leicht Memorial Park.
The cost for use of the Board Room is $75 half-day/evening or $125 for a full day.
Additional Security
When meetings or events are held during hours when the Museum is not normally open, a $35 per hour per floor fee will be charged (in addition to room rental fees) to cover the costs of security and utilities.
