Cellar Series Returns to the Neville This Fall
 
Green Bay, WI---September 6, 2016--- The Neville Public Museum is pleased to announce the return of the popular Neville Cellar Series brewing workshops. 
 
This year's Cellar Series is celebrating the 150th anniversary of Rahr's Brewery with three historic recipes; Old Imperial Pale Ale, Elk Head Beer, and All Star Lager.  Guest brew masters from local breweries will share their brewing expertise and samples of their beer and the Neville's Kevin Cullen will discuss Green Bay's brewing heritage.  
 
Cost:
Neville Member Rate: $20 per person
Non-Member Rate: $25 per person
 
Cost includes two 12 oz. bottles of each recipe per person. A session includes the brewing and bottling workshop. Pre-registration is required. 
 
Old Imperial Pale Ale
Guest Brewer: Scott Kissman (Hinterland Brewing Co.) 
Rahr's former flagship hoppy pale ale, fermented with actual Rahr's yeast.   
 
Brewing: Tuesday, October 4, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Bottling: Tuesday, October 18, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
 
 
Elk Head Beer
Guest Brewer: Dave Oldenberg (Titletown Brewing Co.)
A malt-forward beer with German roots, once brewed at the Rahr's brewery in Oshkosh. 
 
Brewing, Tuesday, November 15, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Bottling, Tuesday, November 29, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

All Star Lager
Guest Brewer: Jacob Sutrick (Leatherhead Brewing Co.)
An historic American lager originally brewed to honor the Green Bay Packers early championships. 
                          
Brewing, Tuesday, December 6, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Bottling, Tuesday, December 27, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
 
Pre-registration for the Neville Cellar Series is required.
