FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Keep Our Waterways Clean-with Ed the Diver and Christie B. at the Neville Public Museum.

On display November 1st in the Neville Public Museum’s Community Exhibit Space: Keep Our Waterways Clean-with Ed the Diver and Christie B. This exhibit will showcase items and artifacts that they have “recovered” from our local waterways including the infamous Crandon Barbie, lures, bottles, electronic devices, and the “Angry Angler” display.

Ed Bieber, also known as "Ed the Diver," began his diving recovery business around 2017 with just a cheap diving mask, swim trunks, a boogie board, and some old gym shoes. In 2024, he found “His Mermaid,” Christie B., and the rest is history!

Together, their goal is to clean up the banks and waterways in the Midwest, set free wildlife that are entangled in fishing lines and hooks, find and return lost/stolen property, educate people through their videos, photos, public speaking, art, and inspire others to clean up in their communities. They want their example to cause a ripple effect, which sends out waves of hope, care, and a desire to treat our waterways and each other better.

Keep Our Waterways Clean will be on display at the Neville Public Museum from November 1, 2025- January 11, 2026.
