FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Hindsight is 20/20: A Retrospective exhibit open now.

Green Bay, WI—March 5, 2020 —Hindsight is 20/20: A Retrospective is a juried exhibition hosted at the Neville Public Museum that features the artwork of 37 Artisan and Business Center students and instructors.

“Over the past nine years the Artisan Center has been operating, we have had the opportunity to witness the artistic growth of several artists. This inspired us to reflect on our mission at the Artisan and Business Center and use what we have learned to continue to create an inspiring and inclusive space for all artists,” NWTC Artisan and Business Center Artistic Design Project Coordinator Aaron Reimers said.

This is not your typical retrospective. For this exhibition, the NWTC Artisan and Business Center asked artisans to take a retrospective approach to create an original piece of artwork. Artisans interpreted this in a number of ways. For example, artists choose to reflect on past personal experiences or their journey as an artist to develop their concept. Artisans also decided to take a “retro” approach to their craft through its aesthetic and/or design techniques employed.

Open now through May 31, 2020.
