Dinner Program: Disposable Wives by Lynda Drews Sept. 17, 2026 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
	In the tranquil Belgian pioneer settlement near Green Bay, Wisconsin, folklore and legend surrounded a prosperous farmer, including a series of purported murders, three of those his wives. This riveting true story tells the remarkable means by which a sister of one of the victims and a Belgian translator sought justice for the farmer’s “disposable wives.” Join Lynda Drews, author of The Maid and the Socialite, as she discusses the research behind her new Historical True Crime book. - More Information

	The Neville Public Museum is proud to bring UW-GB professor Zack Kruse back to the museum for its 4th season of the horror film series “Nightmares at the Neville.” Nightmares at the Neville showcases three classic horror films with discussions led by Kruse, who is a scholar of comics, film, and American literature. 	We are pleased to offer free admission to Brown County residents* from 9am to 8pm the first Wednesday of the month. Not only is admission FREE all day for County residents but we will also offer a craft activity until supplies run out starting at 10am each first Wednesday! *Free admission only applies to individual private residents and families. Organized groups - including but not limited to schools, daycares, scouting groups, adult care facilities, community organizations, and other group programs - are not considered private residents and therefore do not qualify for free admission. International Film Series: Rear Window (Alfred Hitchcock, USA 1954) Oct. 7, 2026 @ 7:00 pm
	Confined to a wheelchair with a broken leg, photojournalist Jeff Jefferies (Jimmy Stewart) spies on his Greenwich Village neighbors. He becomes convinced that one of them, the jewelry salesman Lars Thorwald (Raymond Burr), murdered his wife. Alongside his glamorous fiancée (Grace Kelly) and nurse Stella, Jeff becomes obsessed with what he thinks was a crime and wants to investigate further, in this suspenseful thriller. Offered together with our November film as part of UW-Green Bay’s Lifelong Learning Institute. Screenings begin at 7:00pm in the Neville Auditorium. International Film Series: A Short Film about Love (Krzysztof Kie?lowski, Poland 1988) Nov. 4, 2026 @ 7:00 pm
	In 1989, Kieślowski wrote and directed a 10-part miniseries for Polish television that re-imagined the Ten Commandments set in contemporary Warsaw. He expanded two of the 1-hour episodes into feature length films, including Episode Six, his adaptation of the commandment Thou Shalt not Commit Adultery. Tomek, a naive 19-year-old postal worker, becomes dangerously obsessed with Magda, a promiscuous, jaded older woman living across the courtyard. He spies on her with a telescope and engineers encounters leading to a tense encounter between the two. Part of the UW-Green Bay LLI course. Screenings begin at 7:00pm in the Neville Auditorium. 	Adapted from the Elena Ferrante novel, Troubling Love (L'amore molesto) a Cannes Palme d'Or nominee is a psychological mystery, following Delia, a comic artist who returns to Naples after her mother Amalia's mysterious drowning. Disbelieving the suicide ruling, Delia investigates Amalia's final days, unraveling traumatic childhood memories and dark family secrets. Co-sponsored by the Italo-Americano Club. Dinner Program: The Story Behind Old Croc by David Siegel Feb. 11, 2027 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
	On the second floor of the Neville is the Old Croc hand-pumper fire engine. Join David Siegel as he describes the journey of this nearly 200-year-old relic from US Army service at the Fort Howard garrison, then as the first fire engine of the newly formed Green Bay Fire Department and ultimately an incredibly valuable part of the museum collection. - More Information
