Join us with Fr. Neilson as he discusses the signs and symbols, rites and rituals, that define and express gratitude and respect for our country’s veterans and active duty military personnel. This will be a visual exploration of those images and objects that assist us in expressing thoughts and feelings of duty, courage, and gratitude in pursuit of peace, justice, and freedom. After the presentation, there will be a special flag folding ceremony. Lunch will be provided by Grounded Café.
Lunches are provided on a suggested donation of $4. There is a registration form that will need to be completed in order to participate.
Please note: You do NOT need to be a veteran to participate in this presentation.
