Reed Every Day is a project consisting of daily drawings of Miles Buss'  son, Reed. The project began when he was born on June 28th, 2023 and has continued to this day. The drawings are a way of keeping Miles in the moment with his family. Making a drawing takes time, it isn't instantaneous like a photo, and it requires careful observation of the details one might otherwise miss. The drawings were all made from direct observation, without photographic references, so they serve as artifacts of time spent loving his son and watching him grow. This exhbit is of the first full year of daily sketches.
