An Artistic Discovery is an annual exhibition of high school art sponsored by the United States Congress in each congressional district in the nation. Featured at the Neville are artworks from students in Wisconsin’s Eighth Congressional District. This is a juried exhibition of artworks based on guidelines developed by the US Congress. The first-prize winning artist has his or her artwork displayed in the US Capitol for one year alongside winners from around the country
